Initially I was upset because the technician who came to install our internet did not have the connections from Frontier to our box. I call the service manager and explained the situation he came out the next day with a field rep and realized what was required. He ordered a conduit installation and within a few days everything was complete and we are up and running.

We recently moved from the 'big' city to a rural 10 acres. We were initially told we could only have Satellite internet, so we went with HughesNet. HATED, HATED, HATED it!! It was soooooooooooo slow, expensive, and had such low data caps. Our phone service with them was awful also, conversations had such delays. We then found out that we really could have cable internet, so we called Frontier, and voila!, we have high-speed, unlimited internet just like we did in the 'big' city. and our phone conversations are normal again! We love living on our peaceful ten acres, but are so thankful we can have high-speed internet and phone! We are so happy!
