Project Overview: The Kirby Center is a landmark performing arts center in the heart of downtown Wilkes-Barre. Kirby came to Frontier with the goal of better and faster communication with all segments of their audience and encouraging target groups to provide their e-mail addresses: members, sponsors, media, ticket buyers, new visitors to website. As a non-for-profit, Kirby was also forward about the site being cash positive. Frontier delivered Kirby with a site that not only provides excellent communication (courtesy of the content management system) but also allows them to sell tickets on take credit card donations online through the e-Commerce engine. Kirby also retains display advertising inventory which it uses to further monetize the property.
