Frontier Communications Hiring to Fill 90 Positions in Everett

Frontier Continues Focus on Customer Experience by Expanding Call Center Workforce

 

EVERETT, WASH., May 26, 2016 – Frontier Communications (NASDAQ: FTR) announced today that it is hiring 90 full-time Residential Sales and Customer Service Representatives for its Call Center in the Everett market.

Frontier’s Residential Sales and Customer Service positions offer career-minded individuals the opportunity to thrive in a customer-focused environment. New employees will participate in an intensive, hands-on, 90-day training program scheduled to start June 27th, 2016. The compensation is base salary plus commission, with a competitive benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental, vision and 401(k).
Frontier offers an extensive suite of communications products and services for businesses and consumers. Local residential sales and service consultants are responsible for selling services such as FiOS Internet, phone, satellite television and Frontier Secure PC support services.  They also assist with requests for installation or changes to telephone, Internet and related services.
