I just switched from Spectrum to Frontier. Within one day I knew that I had made the right move. The quality is better and internet seems t work faster too! I am so happy I just wish I would have switched sooner! I returned my equipment to Spectrum today and told two different people they should check out Frontier, they will be happy they did . Better product at less cost!

There were a couple of problems with my initial installment, The tech that came to my house seemed like he had something better to do other than his job, He was going to leave my house without me having internet service ( it had to connected manually through my computer which I brought up the window) and without phone service. mind you this was a COMPLETE install which I was paying for. The other person with Brent (the tech sent to my house) was able to help and my wireless was connected. I didn't know long distance was extra along with voicemail, but once explained I agreed to the extra charge and was good to go. I needed Frontier secure support and spoke to a Rep named Rashid, He was so very helpful, I would like to give him a rave review! Anyway it's been a week and I lost internet service last night, I have a ticket in for service on Mon 5/15/17, which I will wait till Mon. morn to cancel All in all I'm mostly satisfied.
