I enjoy having my ADT security system. I had a service call today, the system technician was Rich LaFrancois he was very professional and did everything he could to take care of my problem. He also took the time to explain to me what to do the next time it happens and gave me his number.

If you like good customer service select a different security company. From the top CEO Chris Johnson and throughout the organization they set expectations but do not follow through on delivery. Buyer beware..

I DO NOT RECOMMEND FRONTPOINT. Stay away from this company. They will be all nice and ingratiating when they are trying to hook you in their 3-year contract, but afterwards you're on your own! They give you this flimsy, cheap equipment that just randomly fall off the wall and trigger the alarm. After 3 years the battery in the control panel would wear off and compromise the system. There aren't any instructions in the manual to tell you what to do; it's not like those batteries located at the back of the device that you could easily remove because it's soldered in. When I called to complain about another sensor falling off, they informed me that my system wasn't armed since November 2017. So basically they weren't even securing my house for 5 MONTHS! They didn't even have to courtesy to inform me about the problem. What's the use of paying for a monitoring service when they don't actually monitor my home? Now they refuse to refund me those months. Terrible customer service!
