My experience with frontier over the past couple of weeks has been awful. I had cancelled my first order because no one was giving me the correct information and install date, and every time I called in, they couldn't find my newly setup account. A week after the disappointment, I called to set up service again because my son really wanted the internet in our new home. I live in NC and the rep that helped me was great on the phone, also from NC, but, my device hasn't shown up when my service was supposed to start on March 19th. When I called on the 20th, another rep (from the west coast) couldn't help me, she said I was set up wrong and to expect the package in three to five business days. Based on a huntch, I called frontier this morning, March 21st, to make sure the girl did the set up right yesterday. I am currently on the phone with frontier, it has been over and hour and a half long (still waiting) and they just keep saying we can't find anything about a device being sent out yet I'm going to be billed from March 19th, even though I have no service. My experience has been more than frustrating and an inconvenience. If it wasn't for living in a small town with few internet resources, we would have defiantly went another route. This is ridiculous.
