Frontier set up an install and took my money.. no call no show on date of install... when I called the next day Customer Service now claims there are no more open ports in the town of Milford for installs. Everyone in Milford is on a waiting list and cannot get Frontier Service. They have no clue what number I am on the waiting list. They also have no clue why they would set up an install, not show up, and have no more space to do any installs for Milford. Basically the company would be run better with a bunch of moneys running around, clapping while carrying cymbals. After wasted hours upon hours on the phone we gave up and got another provider. If any company is falling into a downward spiral black hole of complete doom, Frontier is carrying the torch on the way down.
