This whole process was not a good experience at all. I called and set up services 2 weeks ago. Was rescheduled 7 times. No communication was made. I was calling in everyday. The tech came out....and I still have zero internet. He has yet to return my phone call as to how to fix it. I would love to speak with soneone, outside the call center about this experience. My contact info is on my acct.
