It's ironic but the way to determine good customer service is only after you've experienced a problem and have the opportunity to see how it is addressed. This happened with me. I'm a new customer of as o January 2018 and I had a pleasant initial experience setting up service. I was put on a wait list to see if a technician could come to my home sooner than the original date and was called in a couple of days. I was thrilled. Unfortunately, the technician didn't have my order with him because I filled in another customer's cancellation and that's when the tier of programming I chose was changed. I didn't want HBO and other high dollar programming but didn't notice till I got my bill. I had a nice conversation with your customer service department and it was changed immediately. He was efficient, professional and friendly. Excellent service!

So happy to be back with Frontier. Living in an apartment for the past 2 years it wasn’t an option. When I recently moved to a house, the cost was reasonable and the competition couldn’t beat the price or services! Best part, I can watch hockey games again!!!!
