I schedualed my Internet to be installed and Even called to variety the day of that it was being installed. No one showed up I then spent 2+ hours on the phone to accomplish nothing besides being told it would be done the next day. Once again this did not happen. I waisted 2 days waiting for someone to show up and 5+ hours on the phone with customer service basically being told that they screwed up and there is nothing they can do about it. It’s funny if my billing gets messed up they wait no time to take my service away however if you repeatedly mess up your told that’s too bad there is nothing we will do for you.
