Ordering online was very simple. I used the chat set up. It took a week to get installation, but that's not too bad. Called my scheduler and she has the most outstanding attitude. Got me an answer very quickly on schedule confirmation. Installer was very thorough, talked me through every step. Completed in 2 hrs. No issues since. Router WIFI is a bit weak, but I understand that most routers aren't geared for heavy streaming all around the house. Typical.

If I could leave negative 10 stars it would not speak for how poorly this company really has been to us. We have been getting jerked around by them for over 3 weeks trying to get installation of internet services. We have been scheduled and waited their required 4 hour period and they did not show! This has happened 3 different times!!!! To make matters worse—they don’t even have the common courtesy to call!!!!!!!!!!!! After waiting from 1-5 I call and spend another hour on the phone with them. Each time they tell the same lie! They always say—“I’m not unsure how this got scheduled—its still stuck in engineering!” When I asked them to call engineering—they say that they Warner allowed to call engineering but they can only email them!!! Excuse me...what kind of a company is this
