After having to wait over a month to even have the service installed. The installer comes to my house on the 27th ( date to be installed) is there for a few hours and tells us the office messed something up with our order and it can't be installed. That he has to come back the next day. My husband had to reschedule some other things just so he could be home because it probably would have been another r month wait.

I intended to switch my service from cable and internet with a major provider to Frontier internet. I had an installation appointment scheduled. No one called or showed up so I call customer service. They told me my appointment had been cancelled and they could not figure out why. The next available installation date was 2 weeks out, which was unacceptable since I had purposefully overlapped my existing service based on the initial appointment to avoid any down time. They had my case escalated. No one reached out to me so I called back a week later to sit on the phone for an hour with customer service for them to tell me they still couldn't get my install date pushed up. I then cancelled and went back to my original provider. A horrible experience overall which is a shame because I really hate putting money into the large monopoly corporations.
